Homebro offers a free version that covers the essentials for getting started. Depending on the features you enable (advanced options, storage, automations, etc.), some may be included in a premium plan. In all cases, the app clearly shows what’s included and what isn’t.

It’s meant to centralize everything that’s easy to lose: lease, insurance, rent receipts, move-in inventory, bills, but also useful everyday info (Wi-Fi, router, intercom, landlord contact, etc.). The goal: stop digging through messages and find info in 10 seconds.

Go to your account settings, then edit your name and avatar. This helps clearly identify who paid an expense, who’s responsible for a task, and who added a document.
