Before deleting
- Deletion is permanent and results in loss of access.
- Download your data if needed (export).
- Inform your housemates if you are an admin of a shared space.
- Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately (if applicable).
Consequences

| App access | Immediate revocation of access after effective deletion. |
| Personal data | Deletion or anonymization, except where legal obligations apply (archives, invoices). |
| Shared spaces | Ownership transfer is required if you are the sole admin. |
| Billing | Invoice history is retained for accounting purposes (see the privacy policy). |
Procedure
Timelines & retention
Deletion is initiated immediately after confirmation. Deactivation is instant; technical purge occurs within 30 to 90 days in backups. Some data (e.g. invoices) may be retained to comply with accounting laws.

Alternatives to deletion
- Disable notifications.
