General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Quick summary
- Single subscription per household: €5 / month or €60 / year (2 months free). Prices include VAT and may vary depending on currency/country.
- Payment and renewal managed by the App Store / Google Play (via RevenueCat). Cancellation possible at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
- The entire household benefits from the associated Premium plan. Member management is handled by household administrators.
- Invoices/receipts are issued by the store (Apple/Google). Homebro may provide proof of access, without replacing the store’s fiscal documents.

Prices include applicable taxes and may vary depending on your country, currency, and local taxes set by the store. Any price change will be communicated by the store and will apply at renewal. Free trials or promotions may occasionally be offered according to store policies.
Order & billing
- Subscriptions are purchased within the app and managed by the App Store or Google Play; payment methods and taxes are determined by the store.
- Receipts/invoices are issued by Apple/Google. Homebro may provide, upon request, proof of usage rights linked to your household.
- Plan changes, promotional codes, free trials, and any prorations are handled by the store in accordance with its policies.
- Quota limits (e.g., media storage) and Premium features are described in the app and may evolve without unfair downgrade during an ongoing subscription period.
Renewal & cancellation
Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly). Cancellation can be made at any time and takes effect at the end of the already paid period. Except where required by mandatory law, amounts already billed are not refunded for a started period. In case of price changes, the store will notify you and you may refuse the new price by canceling before renewal.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription, unless an exception applies.
Exception – digital content/service
If you request immediate execution and acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal, this right will no longer apply once Premium access is activated. Stores may collect this consent at purchase.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMProd/Homebro’s liability is limited to proven direct damages and to the amount actually paid for the current subscription period. The service is provided “as is”. Refunds and payment disputes are governed by the store’s policies.
Applicable law
These GTCS are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence. Billing and in-app payment disputes may be handled by the relevant store’s support.
